Bruce Neeb served as Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) Grants and Loans Team Supervisor for 20 years from 1997-2017. He personally administered nine grant programs, helping communities secure funding to help with lake and river ecosystem studies and improvement projects and development funding for boat landings, accessible fishing piers, and marina improvements.
With his regional staff, Bruce helped communities and non-profits apply for, secure, and administer funding for more than 30 WDNR grant and loan programs. He led the team that developed guidance to help project sponsors comply with 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements).

Costs associated with his assistance are eligible expenses for reimbursement and/or use as local match under most grant programs.
